This full-time, contract-based position is dedicated to a K-12 student population, offering a dynamic environment for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists. Whether you are an experienced SLP, hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or are pursuing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), you’ll find meaningful challenges and rewards working exclusively on-site.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- Open to candidates holding the CCC credential or those in their CFY
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to collaborative work with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eager to support a diverse caseload across K-12
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with educational standards
- Offer resources and strategies to enhance student communication within the school setting
