Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Chicago, IL. The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands‑on therapy and exercise-based interventions to address pain, mobility, and functional limitations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating documentation, educating patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals in the clinic. The role also involves participation in case discussions, adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols, and contribution to a positive, collaborative patient care environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care, with the ability to create and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings. Knowledge of Medicine principles relevant to musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, and ability to collaborate effectively with other medical professionals. Experience or competence in Home Care planning, including designing safe and effective home exercise programs and educating patients on self-management. Valid Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent, and current Illinois Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain). Demonstrated skills in clinical documentation, time management, and maintaining professional boundaries and ethics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work inclusively with diverse patient populations and team members. Prior outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
