Assistant I Receptionist The Assistant I Receptionist provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, serving as the first point of contact for Primoris Services Corporation. This role involves managing the front desk, handling communications, and performing various support tasks. Job Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as needed and ensuring timely follow-up. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common spaces. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other general administrative tasks. Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Provide support to various departments as requested, including preparing documents, presentations, or reports. Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company to callers and visitors. Operate standard office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, copiers, and fax machines. Job Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
