Position Summary

If you love working with people, staying busy, and making someone’s day a little easier (and brighter), this role is for you. As a key part of our frontline team, you’ll help members with their everyday financial needs—handling transactions with accuracy, care, and a whole lot of personality. You’re not just processing transactions—you’re creating great experiences and building trust with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for members by handling cash and check transactions quickly and accurately 
• Keep your drawer balanced like a pro—every day 
• Turn everyday interactions into meaningful conversations using warm greetings and genuine connection 
• Spot opportunities to recommend products and services that truly help members (no pushy sales here—just smart solutions) 
• Hit monthly referral goals by matching members with what they need 
• Stay organized and on top of reports, referrals, and daily balancing—details matter 
• Keep your cash drawer secure and follow all security and limit guidelines 
• Make regular outreach calls to stay connected with members 
• Jump in wherever needed—we’re a team that has each other’s backs

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of customer service and cash handling experience (financial institution experience preferred) 
• Some sales or cross-selling experience—you’re comfortable making recommendations that help people 
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with people
