** Home Access Financial (HAF)** is looking for a motivated, experienced Spanish-Speaking Loan Officer to join our Tampa team. This role is ideal for a Loan Officer who is confident working with inbound leads, building strong borrower relationships, and guiding clients through the mortgage process from application to closing.

We are looking for someone who is local to the Tampa area, fluent in English and Spanish, and comfortable working a consistent flow of leads while providing an exceptional borrower experience.

** What You'll Do **

• Connect with prospective homebuyers and build meaningful relationships with potential borrowers.
• Build strong relationships with prospective borrowers and identify their financing needs.
• Conduct consultations with borrowers in both English and Spanish.
• Pre-qualify and educate clients on available loan programs and financing options.
• Guide borrowers through the complete mortgage process, from initial application through closing.
• Collect and review borrower documentation to ensure loan files are complete and accurate.
• Communicate effectively with processors, underwriters, borrowers, and other members of the mortgage team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Provide timely updates and a high level of customer service throughout the loan process.
• Stay current on mortgage products, guidelines, compliance requirements, and market conditions.

** What We're Looking For **

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking borrowers.
• Local to the Tampa, FL area.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan qualification, and the overall mortgage process.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing an excellent borrower experience.
