Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Cardiology & Vascular Mesa, AZ | Monday–Friday | $130,000–$180,000 Base + Bonus Highlights $130,000–$180,000 base salary plus bonus potential Some providers earning $200,000+ per year Monday–Friday schedule Cardiology and vascular patient population No travel required Limited to no call Stable, reputable clinic with excellent clinicians and support staff Full benefits package Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and sick time 401(k) Malpractice coverage License reimbursement CME stipend Additional benefits available What You’ll Do Provide outpatient care for patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions Perform patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and treatment plan reviews Support management of hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, venous disease, and related conditions Review labs, imaging, diagnostic studies, and clinical findings Assist with pre-procedure and post-procedure follow-up care Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, risk reduction, lifestyle changes, procedures, and follow-up care Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate Collaborate with cardiologists, vascular specialists, APPs, and clinical support staff Coordinate referrals, testing, and continuity of care as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support a team-based specialty clinic workflow What We’re Looking For Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States NP or PA certification, as applicable Interest in cardiology, vascular medicine, and specialty outpatient care Strong communication and patient care skills New graduates welcome 2–3 years of relevant APP experience preferred Why This Role Is Worth a Look This is a strong fit for a provider who wants to grow in a specialty-focused outpatient role with strong compensation, excellent support, and a meaningful patient population.
