Workers' Compensation Paralegal

Supporting multiple attorneys in a high-volume environment, the full-time Workers' Compensation Paralegal will manage case documentation, draft legal documents, and assist in litigation processes while ensuring compliance with court procedures. Key responsibilities: Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery motions while managing a large caseload Organize and process incoming records and invoices, following up on outstanding documents Conduct case law research and assist attorneys in preparing for mediation and trial Required qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a practice group paralegal Familiarity with state courts and e-filing procedures Experience in drafting legal documents and managing billing processes Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word Proficiency in Lexis Advance for legal research
