Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing high-quality respiratory care in a clinical setting, ensuring that patient needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Administering ventilatory support and respiratory treatments.
• Monitoring and assessing patients' respiratory conditions.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educating patients and their families about respiratory care and related procedures.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and float to various facilities as needed.

This position involves night shifts of 3x12 hours, from 18:30 to 07:00. Weekends may be required based on staffing needs.

The selected candidate may float as needed at various facilities within the region.
