Senior Manager, Salesforce Platform - smarsh

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the in‑house Salesforce platform team. Oversee the strategy, development, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. Ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives and drives innovation. Manage projects and initiatives related to Salesforce enhancements and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Drive best practices in Salesforce administration and development. Requirements Proven experience in Salesforce platform management. Strong understanding of CRM best practices and Salesforce capabilities. Experience with Agile methodologies.
