The company delivers tailored managed IT, network, and security solutions that help clients operate more securely and efficiently, with a highly hands-on, client-focused approach.We're seeking a hands-on Regional Service Technician who brings both hands-on technical expertise and strong communication skills to the table. This role blends the responsibilities of a bench technician with the adaptability required to support all aspects of a modern computing environment. You'll serve as a key point of contact for diagnosing and resolving issues related to workstations, hardware, software, networks, and more - both remotely and on-site.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, software, hardware, networks, and basic server environmentsProvide both remote and onsite support to clients, delivering a high level of customer service through clear communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approachHandle escalated tickets and more complex technical issues across environmentsSupport Microsoft 365 environments (Azure/virtualization exposure is a plus)Assist with server support and virtualization (Hyper-V experience is nice to have)Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and system maintenanceInstall and configure operating systems, security tools, and business applicationsExecute occasional physical networking work (cabling, rack setup, etc.)Document work, test solutions, and recommend improvements to system performanceAct as a technical resource for junior team members when neededTravel onsite to client locations as needed.Qualifications:Strong troubleshooting experience across hardware, OS, and networkingExperience with Windows environments and Microsoft OfficeMicrosoft 365 experience required; Azure or virtualization exposure is a plusWorking knowledge of: Active Directory & Group PolicyBusiness networks and user supportBasic server environmentsSolid understanding of endpoint security and antivirus toolsStrong customer service & communication skills, including ability to: Communicate clearly and professionallyShare ideas effectivelyActively listen and understand othersBuild strong working relationshipsWork hands-on and independentlyEngage confidently and directly with clientsValid driver's licenseCompensation & Benefits:Company-paid Employee & Dependent Medical & Dental Health PlansPTO + annual partial payout of unused timeRetirement plan + employer contributionsTraining is provided for all systems and tools used within the organizationOngoing training across multiple platforms and technologiesSupport in earning industry-recognized certificationsVendor partnerships provide certification opportunitiesRelocation Assistance may be consideredPhysical Requirements:The physical requirements below describe the essential job functions needed to complete this job.Consistent hand and finger dexterity necessary to operate computer equipmentConsistently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and seeOccasional need to stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, and stretchConsistent vision abilities required; close vision, depth perception, and ability to focusAbility to travel dependent on company needsOccasional need to lift and/or move up to 30 poundsThe statements contained in this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to the job.
