Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist (Administrative)

We’re looking for a professional Healthcare Collections Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing, assisting billing teams with account follow-up and administrative collections tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with balances, statements, and account histories to support resolution.
What You’ll Do
- Review patient and payer account balances
- Send follow-up communication regarding outstanding accounts
- Sort and document account responses
- Update billing systems accurately
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
