Job Description

This role supports the production of hot tubs by performing a variety of hands-on tasks in a manufacturing environment. You will work with hand and power tools, assist with assembly, and help ensure that finished products meet quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys active, physical work and takes pride in contributing to a high-quality finished product.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks for hot tubs using established procedures and work instructions.

• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly to complete production and assembly work.

• Conduct basic quality checks on parts and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

• Clean and maintain work areas to support a safe and organized production environment.

• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of tools and equipment.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and schedules.

• Adapt to different tasks and stations on the production line as needed.

• Support general production activities, including material handling and basic cleaning of equipment or workstations.

• Be available and willing to work overtime when required to meet production demands.

Essential Skills

• Ability to perform assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience using basic hand and power tools or a strong willingness to learn.

• Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Attention to detail when performing quality checks and assembly tasks.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a cleanroom or similar controlled environment is helpful but not required.

• Previous work in assembly, production, or manufacturing is an advantage.

• Comfort working with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and safety.

• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production needs.

Work Environment

You will work in a medium-sized manufacturing facility focused on hot tub production. The role is on the first shift, typically from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the possibility of working overtime as late as 6:00 p.m. as needed. The environment is active and hands-on, involving assembly work, use of hand and power tools, quality checks, and general cleaning tasks. The facility expects safe and appropriate attire, including closed-toe and closed-heel shoes, with no bare midriffs or backless shirts. You will report to the main breakroom on your first day at 9:00 a.m., where you will receive further direction before starting work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northumberland, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
