Your Role:

• Lead with Impact: Champion meaningful conversations with prospective participants, helping them recognise the next step in their personal and professional development journey.
• Build Team Momentum: Contribute to a values-aligned remote team focused on shared excellence and global reach.
• Unlock Capability: Support participants through structured learning frameworks designed to lift performance, mindset, and self-leadership.
• Activate Modern Outreach: Apply our proven marketing system, including AI-supported tools, to attract aligned applicants (full training provided).
• Hold Space for Growth: Engage applicants with genuine curiosity, listening for what they are working toward and connecting them with the right pathway.
• Strengthen Team Culture: Contribute to a peer-led culture of accountability, learning, and forward momentum.

What You Bring:

• Tenacity and a track record of delivering results
• Genuine passion for guiding and developing others
• 5+ years in leadership, business development, consulting, or coaching (preferred, not essential)
• Clear, confident communication and professional presence
• A commitment to learning and continuous growth
• Integrity and alignment with a values-driven mission
