Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required. Client specifically requests strong PT or PTA experience in SNF.
• Experience with EMR NetHealth is preferred.
• Ability to work a guaranteed 35 hours per week as required by the client.

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility within a senior living community that also offers personal care and memory care.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
