Health Informatics Coordinator I - EHR & Chart Integrity
West Anaheim Medical Center
West Anaheim Medical Center, a Prime Healthcare facility, seeks a Health Informatics Coordinator I to manage medical records, verify receipt after discharge, and coordinate EHR workflows across departments. You will act as liaison to physicians, maintain confidentiality, monitor chart completion for regulatory compliance, and support Cancer Registry reporting and newborn processing as needed. This is a full-time, day-shift role requiring one year of HIM experience and familiarity with HIPAA and #J-18808-Ljbffr West Anaheim Medical Center
