Youth Program Manager (K–8 Programs) Location: On-site (Atlanta, GA) Salary: $50,000 – 65,000 with competitive benefits Agape Youth & Family Center is seeking a dynamic Youth Program Manager to lead engaging afterschool and summer programs for K–8 students. This role oversees daily operations, supervises staff, and designs enriching activities that support academic success, social-emotional growth, and student well-being. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands‑on leader who can manage teams, build relationships with students and families, and ensure a safe, structured, and fun program environment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and community partners to deliver high-quality, mission-driven programming year-round. What You’ll Do: Lead day‑to‑day program operations and supervise staff Plan and implement educational and recreational activities Build a positive, engaging culture for students and families Manage schedules, partnerships, logistics, and safety protocols Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in education, human services, or related field (or equivalent experience) At least 2+ years of experience working with K–12 youth Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Proficiency with basic technology (MS Office, databases, etc.) Commitment to Agape’s mission and youth-centered approach Experience in youth development, afterschool, or out-of-school programming preferred Prior supervision or team leadership experience preferred Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Agape Community Center Inc
