Lead/Senior Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead/Senior Scrum Master for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking an advanced Scrum Master to provide agile delivery leadership for data and cloud teams. This is an evolving role that focuses on driving delivery and includes responsibilities for release coordination and overall delivery ownership, moving beyond simple process facilitation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can effectively remove blockers and manage dependencies for multiple Scrum teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Agile delivery leadership for data/cloud teams
• Manage multiple Scrum teams (up to 2 per Scrum Master)
• Work with global teams across the US and India
• Act as a proactive problem-solver, not just a facilitator
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies to ensure team success
• Take ownership of release coordination and delivery

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a data environment

Pay range: $53.28 - $61.28 per hour
