Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and helping customers resolve issues.
• Assisting Agent with daily tasks, reports, appointments, and scheduling.
• Data entry, transcription, file management, email management, and research.
• Maintaining up-to-date product and industry knowledge.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
