Part-Time Client Care Assistant – Creve Coeur, Missouri (St. Louis Area)

Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a professional, compassionate, and customer-service-oriented Part-Time Client Care Assistant to join our growing team.

Our St. Louis-area headquarters is relocating from Clayton to our newly renovated Creve Coeur office on August 1, 2026, making this an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the nation's fastest-growing family law firms.

As a Client Care Assistant, you will play an important role in helping clients feel heard, supported, and valued while working closely with attorneys and firm leadership to provide exceptional client service.

Position Details

• Part-time position
• Up to 29 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• Hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Starting pay: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Communicate with clients regarding concerns involving attorneys or firm policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with current clients.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the Firm to help resolve concerns professionally and compassionately.
• Listen carefully to client concerns and work toward practical resolutions while explaining Firm policies and procedures.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and sound judgment in every client interaction.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, Client Care leadership, and other departments to ensure an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
• Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Prior law firm, legal, customer service, hospitality, call center, or client relations experience is preferred, but not required.
