Project Manager

Our Healthcare client is seeking a Remote, experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of ambulatory growth initiatives. We are seeking a Project Manager with strong experience leading outpatient practice and facility implementations in complex healthcare environments. The resource must have strong knowledge of the Epic Application.


Responsibilities Include:
• Epic EMR ambulatory expansion and Epic application build
• Outpatient practice/facility openings and operational readiness
• Clinical workflow design, optimization, and integration
• Healthcare IT infrastructure coordination and deployment
• Cross-functional coordination between operational, clinical, and IT teams
• Go-live planning, testing, training, and stabilization activities
• Vendor coordination and multi-workstream project management

Required Skills & Experience

7+ Years Experience as a Healthcare Project Manager , with previous Ambulatory project experience.
Strong Knowledge of the Epic EMR, and specifically Ambulatory Module
Familiarity with Clinical Workflow design, optimization and integration.
Experience with IT Infrastructure and Ambulatory Site Deployments
