Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical supervision to ensure patient care aligns with professional standards, agency policies, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate, plan, and monitor patient care services across the assigned home health population
• Supervise and support clinical personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
• Maintain strong communication with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental performance goals
• Promote professionalism, service excellence, and organizational values throughout daily operations
• Ensure compliance with documentation, reporting, training, and regulatory standards
• Foster staff development through coaching, mentorship, and continuing education support
• Maintain and promote a safe work environment for patients and employees
Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Previous home health experience required
• Two years of management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of professional nursing standards and home health regulations
• Understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and applicable federal and state regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $135,000.00 per yearBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
