The Pritchett Agency is hiring people-first individuals to build a team of agents who help families understand and choose the right life insurance protection. If you're good on the phone and genuinely like helping people, we'll train you on the rest.
No insurance background required. We provide full training, licensing support, and a lead system so you're never starting cold.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in: Life insurance, insurance, insurance sales, annuities, term life insurance, whole life insurance, retirement planning, financial services, estate planning, group benefits, client relationship management (CRM)
