A Sales Specialist plays a key role in helping with creating and maintaining a selling focus in the store, supporting company and management initiatives while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures as outlined by the organization.Responsibilities:Support a best-in-class level of customer service through extensive product knowledge, strong selling skills, and authentic clientelingMeet store and metric goalsEmulate the brand aesthetic and embody and strong sense of fashionEnsure brand mission is brought to life and introduced to everyone that walks into our storeProvide assistance to our Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes and other projects, as neededMaintain a knowledge and understanding of all policies and proceduresAssist with inventory and stock managementAccurately process Point of Sale transactionsConsistently act within the core values of rag & boneIdentify opportunities to support the team in delivering best in class customer serviceContribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphereRequirements:1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in premium, contemporary, or luxury environmentsProven ability to achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team performanceSkilled in clienteling, including building and maintaining a loyal customer baseAbility to provide a personalized customer experience through styling recommendations, product knowledge and brand storytellingAbility to work 20-30 hours a week with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Rules We Live By | Rules You Live By Be a Good Human | Be original, be authentic. Please also note, Sales Specialists are eligible to participate in the rag & bone Commissions Program, and Incentive programs, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range.
