About the Position

Join a progressive, team-based primary care practice in Everett, WA, where physicians have the time and resources to deliver thoughtful, relationship-based care. See 10–15 patients per day with appointments ranging from 20–60 minutes, allowing you to truly listen, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Position Highlights

• $243,074–$364,611 base salary — top quartile for Family Medicine nationally

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency; Family Medicine preferred
• Board Certified through ABFM, ABIM, or AOA
• 3+ years of primary care experience
• Current, unrestricted Washington medical license and valid DEA registration
• Experience with team-based care and EMR proficiency; athenahealth preferred
• Medicare Advantage and HCC coding experience a plus
• Negative TB test documentation within 12 months of start date
