Job Description The Promotions Assistant will work closely with internal teams to help coordinate promotional activities, support campaign execution, assist with event preparation, and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Assist with the planning and coordination of promotional campaigns and initiatives. Support the execution of marketing and brand awareness activities. Coordinate schedules, materials, and resources for promotional projects. Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members regarding campaign requirements. Monitor project timelines and assist in maintaining campaign organization. Prepare reports, presentations, and promotional materials as needed. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to campaigns and events. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional attitude with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
