Job Details Job Location: Gilbert, AZ 85295 Job Summary Safety Services Company is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with a proven track record of continued success in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will be driven and goal-oriented. We are looking for strong closing ambitious individuals who will succeed in a cold calling/outbound sales environment. How our Sales Representative spends their time Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails; self-generated prospecting – this role requires self-generated prospecting activity. Service new and existing accounts with the potential to upsell and stay up-to-date on all products and requirements as needed. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Adapt/customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and profitability. Meet project sales targets (quota, turnover, call statistics) as outlined by Sales Management. Take advantage of all opportunities to sell Safety Services Company products and services to customers by following our customer needs sales practices. What you bring Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and proficient in maneuvering multiple technologies. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals, quotas, KPI’s. Sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience working in a CRM – Salesforce preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners/customers.
