Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care in a fast-paced operating room setting.
• Utilize advanced neuro skillsets in surgical procedures.
• Coordinate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to sterile field procedures during operations.
• Participate in bi-weekly orientations to update clinical practices.
• Available for on-call duties and off-shift scheduling as required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with eligibility for Nebraska state license.
• Minimum of 2 years Operating Room RN experience required.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred.
• Experience with procedures including Craniotomies and DaVinci systems highly preferred.
• Nicotin-free status required at this facility.
