Corporate Compliance Officer - Licensed Home Care Agency

Corporate Compliance Officer – Licensed Home Care Agency Location: Brooklyn, NY 11206 Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Compliance Officer with a strong background in home care to lead and strengthen our internal compliance program. This role is focused on supporting corporate compliance, internal controls, policy adherence, and organizational accountability across the agency. The Corporate Compliance Officer will help ensure that the organization operates in alignment with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, licensing standards, and internal policies while promoting a culture of integrity, responsibility, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance program management, internal audits, risk mitigation, and policy development within a home care or healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls specific to home care operations Monitor changes that may affect organizational compliance and assess operational impact Conduct internal compliance audits, investigations, and ongoing monitoring activities Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective action plans Provide guidance to leadership and staff on internal compliance matters and policy interpretation Design and deliver compliance training programs across the organization Partner with clinical, administrative, HR, finance, and operations teams to support enterprise-wide compliance Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations for executive leadership Maintain accurate and well-organized compliance records and documentation Support continuous improvement of the compliance program and promote ethical business practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care compliance, corporate compliance, audit, legal, risk management, or a related field Strong knowledge of home care compliance requirements, licensing standards, and internal control frameworks Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization #J-18808-Ljbffr White-Glove-Community-Care-5
