Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish Compensation All positions within the office have a base pay of $40,000 annually.
