Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation a 85 bed skilled nursing/rehabilitation center, located in the heart of Springfield, Ohio, is currently in search of a dynamic skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is committed to providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services that will inspire each Resident to achieve the full and meaningful life they desire. Ideal candidate will be a change agent with proven leadership skills and transition experience. Candidate will posses prior nurse management experience, strong clinical background, proven ability to lead teams, a success track in implementation of systems, maintenance of regulatory of compliance with both state and federal regulations, and insight in respect to recruitment and retention.
