Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift
Location: Shakopee, MN
Shift: 2nd Shift
- Sunday: 3:30 PM until finish
- Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM until finish
- Overtime Required: Yes (must stay until work is completed; most shifts are 8 hours, Sundays may extend to 10–12 hours)
- Training Start Time: 10:00 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our 2nd Shift team. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control activities in a fast-paced distribution center. Candidates must have RF Scanner experience and be comfortable working overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
- Verify shipments and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using an RF Scanner .
- Stock and replenish inventory while maintaining proper inventory rotation.
- Process customer returns and restock merchandise.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Support outbound shipping and order fulfillment activities.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/PkMS) for daily warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and applicable DEA regulations .
Required Qualifications
- Previous RF Scanner experience is required.
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment.
- Ability to read and understand English product labels and work instructions.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/PkMS) .
- Knowledge of inventory control and distribution center operations.
