Think of it as practical magic./ph3Job Description/h3pThe Design and Sales Consultant provides an in-home customer experience by designing and selling cabinetry, closets, home offices, garages, media centers, and other storage solutions for homes. This position includes selling, designing, measuring home spaces, and providing an exceptional experience./ppstrongDuties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliDesign organization units for customers utilizing our proprietary CAD software program./liliUtilize a consultative sales approach to meet monthly sales goals./liliVisit customers homes for a needs analysis and to design a storage unit/liliParticipate in meetings and training sessions/liliContinuous follow-up with the customers and collaboration with the installation team to ensure job completion./liliPursue referrals and repeat business./liliMeet or exceed monthly and annual sales related goals and targets./liliThis is a full-time (40 hours/ week) opportunity/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongQualifications/strong/pulliInterior design education, direct industry experience, or proven passion for home dcor./liliManage and engage customers through an exceptional experience where the consultant is the reason for repeat clients./liliProfessional and assertive, consultative sales skills./liliAdvance knowledge of Microsoft suite and experience working with laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices./liliPrevious experience with CAD or design software is a plus./liliThe ability to be consistently inspiring and create delightful customer and brand experiences./liliConfidently be able to sell and promote a product./liliThe ability to be creative, yet meticulously detail-oriented with a sense of craftsmanship./liliTeam player with the ability to manage a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexity in a dynamic environment./li/ul/div
