Warm Beach Senior Community (WBSC) is a non-profit ministry of the Free Methodist Church with 59 years of service to the elderly and the community. WBSC is expanding and we are looking for a Director of Healthcare Services (RN) to join our team!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university in health care/business administration preferred.
• Previous successful experience in administering assisted living facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Five (5) years progressive experience in administration with demonstrated track record of management responsibilities.
• At least 2-5 years of experience with Nurse Delegation required.
• At least 2-5 years of experience with Infection Control.
• Well versed in WA State WAC 388-78A pertaining to Assisted Living requirements.
• WA State RN license in good standing.
• Ability to implement and maintain state and federal regulations and develop policies, procedures, systems, and programs that are in compliance.
• Excellent understanding of performance improvement, quality assurance, and utilization management.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with internal and external managers and board members.
