Your Role

* Utilize our innovative platform and your existing network to source prospective healthcare candidates

* Connect with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and gauge their interest

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screenings

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and nurture their hiring journey

* Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your leads

Your Compensation Structure
