Your responsibilities include:

• Identify and connect with prospective healthcare candidates utilizing our robust platform and your personal network
• Reach out to potential candidates, introducing them to opportunities at MLR and assessing their interest
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our experienced recruiters for comprehensive assessments
• Keep candidates engaged and supported throughout their hiring journey by maintaining proactive follow-up
• Ensure your interactions are accurately recorded in our applicant tracking system
• Your earnings will be commission-based, reflecting the meetings you schedule, the interviews that follow, and the successful hires from your leads.
