It involves leading a sales team to deliver product education, customer service, and achieve performance goals. The role requires maintaining operational standards, coaching staff, and fostering strong partnerships with store partners. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, sales growth, team development, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
