Nurse Manager

As a Nurse Manager at Asbury, you will be responsible for overseeing 24‑hour nursing care for an assigned unit, coordinating care across disciplines, leading quality assurance initiatives, and supervising staff. You will also maintain accurate medical records, ensure medication compliance, and foster a positive work environment. Position: Full-time, TCU. Salary: $95k - $120k, depending upon years of experience. Job Responsibilities Oversee 24‑hour nursing care for assigned unit in compliance with policies, regulations, and long‑term care standards. Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity, quality, and resident satisfaction. Lead quality assurance initiatives, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; manage schedules, performance, and staffing needs. Maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with medication procedures, and participate in care plan meetings, surveys, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Provide clinical support, restorative care oversight, and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams while fostering a positive, professional work environment. Qualifications Seeking candidates with a long-term care background. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Current RN or LPN License from the State of Maryland. Minimum five (5) years of experience in geriatric nursing including two (2) years of experience as a Charge Nurse/Manager in geriatric care with progressive experience in an administrative and supervisory capacity.
