Our company is committed to being trusted voices of light and truth reaching hundreds of millions of people worldwide.Banquet Server – Banquets & Events | $18–$21/hr Work at One of Salt Lake City’s Most Iconic Hospitality Destinations!Located within the historic Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square, our restaurants and event spaces offer unforgettable dining and event experience in one of the most beautiful venues in Utah.From upscale dining at The Roof Restaurant overlooking the Salt Lake Valley to elegant banquets and celebrations, our team delivers exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, and memorable guest experiences.We’re looking for Banquet Servers who are passionate professionals and take pride in their craft, contributing to a team known for excellence.Part-time | 15–25 hours/week | 3-4 shiftsWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:• Competitive pay ($18–$21/hr) based on experience• Work in one of Utah’s most recognizable hospitality locations• Flexible and consistent scheduling with Sunday’s off!• Opportunity for growth and advancement within the organizationWHAT YOU’LL DO:• Set-up banquet and event spaces according to detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and management direction.• Serve plated meals, buffet service, and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.• Monitor guest needs throughout events and anticipate service requirements.• Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized event environment during service.• Assist with event teardown, resetting spaces, and post-event cleanup.• Work collaboratively with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure smooth event execution.• Maintain high service standards and professional guest interactions throughout events.• Perform additional duties as assigned.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:• Previous experience in banquet service, catering, or hospitality roles preferred.• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standardsJOB ENVIRONMENT/OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:• May be required to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays, to accommodate business needs• Standing and walking for extended periods of time• Ability to repetitively bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, as well as abide by all company policies• Takes on additional duties as required or assigned by managementCOMPENSATION:$18.00 - $21.00/hour. This range is inclusive of multiple job levels.
