Location and Compensation San Diego, CA (Field‑Based) $85,000 - $120,000 per year Commercial Real Estate Overview We are looking for a Maintenance and Project Manager to organize and run maintenance and improvement work across our commercial portfolio, with strong planning, vendor coordination, and clear communication. You will: Conduct regular inspections of commercial properties to identify maintenance needs and develop actionable plans. Coordinate with vendors and tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks. Lead tenant improvement projects, managing all phases from initial scope to final delivery. Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain accurate records and reports in Rent Manager, providing weekly updates to stakeholders. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life. Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Experience in commercial maintenance and project coordination, with a focus on multi‑trade projects. Ability to conduct thorough inspections and develop actionable maintenance plans. Proven track record of managing tenant improvement projects from initial scope to final delivery. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and provide timely updates in Rent Manager.
