Advanced Echocardiography Fellowship Provides comprehensive training in all aspects of echocardiography within a high-volume cardiology laboratory. Fellows will gain expertise in performing and interpreting transesophageal, transthoracic, and stress echocardiography, including advanced techniques like 3D imaging and peri-procedural assessments. Key Responsibilities Imaging a wide range of cardiovascular conditions such as cardiomyopathies, heart failure (with LVAD support), cardiac transplantation, congenital heart disease, and valvular disorders. Participate in intra-procedural echocardiography during rotations through the cardiac cath lab and collaborate with the structural imaging team on interventions like LAA closure, transcatheter valve implantations, and mitral/tricuspid repairs. Ideal Candidates Completed an ACGME-accredited cardiology fellowship and level II echocardiography training. Opportunities Mentorship, case discussions, journal clubs, and conferences. Qualifications Cardiology fellowship completion, level II echocardiography certification, CV, cover letter, and recommendations.
