Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician – Locums, Virginia Location: Fredericksburg, VA. Type: Locums (24‑hour shifts). Responsibilities 24‑hour shifts within the 7 am – 7 am schedule. Manage 16–20 patients per shift. Provide inpatient obstetrics and gynecology coverage. Manage both low‑risk and high‑risk pregnancies. Perform and interpret obstetric ultrasounds. Make C‑section decisions and perform C‑sections. Handle complicated deliveries, including breech presentations and VBACs. Support approximately 1,700 deliveries per year.
