Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:
Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services with 16-20 patient encounters per shift
Manage both low and high risk pregnancies with complete delivery services
Perform routine deliveries including vaginal births and low forceps procedures
Handle complicated deliveries including cesarean sections, breech presentations, and multiple births
Manage pregnancy complications including abruptions and VBAC deliveries
Make critical decision-making for cesarean sections when medically indicated
Conduct FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE monitoring
Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds including Level I screening and Level II targeted anatomic scans
Execute amniocentesis procedures as required
Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations preferred but not mandatory
Must maintain active Virginia medical license
Board certification required with BLS certification
Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
