Night Shift Production Supervisor

We are driven to develop industry-leading process innovations and manufacturing techniques on behalf of our customers.Supervise and coordinate activities of production team members in accordance with company policies and aerospace standards.Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper use of equipment and materials.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production concerns.Train, coach, and evaluate team members; enforce safety and operational procedures.Maintain production documentation, logs, and reports.Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.Master's degree or Mechanical Engineering degree.Between 3 and 5 years of experience.Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or other regulated industry.Knowledge of aerospace standards and quality systems (AS9100).Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work effectively with internal clients at the highest levels of the organization.
