VP, Finance & Accounting

Randstad is presently conducting a search for a VP, Finance and Accounting for a well-established, privately-held manufacturing company. This role will sit onsite Monday-Friday and will support leadership in managing the company-wide finance function. The primary responsibilities in this role will include: Oversight of Accounting department to include m/q/y close, operational and transactional accounting duties, and accounting team Development and management of budgets and long-term forecasts Identifying areas for and implementing process improvements Be able to effectively track revenue recognition and percentage of completion Play a key part in decision-making per analysis and leadership meetings The ideal candidate will have 15 + years of relative experience within manufacturing, CPA a plus, a great attitude, be systems savvy, and have top-notch verbal and written communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
