Product Engineer

Job Title

This is a remote position. We're looking for an engineer who loves rapidly prototyping solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technology in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

What you will do:

• Leverage AI-powered tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and similar agentic coding environments to rapidly prototype solutions that help define and refine business requirements
• Directly interact with clients/users to understand their problems and design solutions based on them alongside the Tech Lead
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and other members of the team to create cutting-edge solutions
• Meticulously test deliverables to ensure it works according to the requirements, with good UX and performance
• Create solid documentation to support your features and tests
• Work closely with the tech lead to align on architecture decisions, priorities, and technical direction

Requirements:

• Experience building and shipping real software used by real people in production environments
• Proficiency with modern web technologies for frontend and backend
• Proficiency with relational databases like MySQL and Postgres
• Experience with documenting requirements and technical specifications for the features you work on
• Have demonstrated prompt engineering skills and experience working effectively with LLMs
• Have exceptional written and verbal English skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex business problems clearly and concisely
• Excel in driving alignment in group settings even when opinions diverge
