Nurse Practitioner-Occupational Medicine

Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a division of Banner Health, is seeking a dynamic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to expand our occupational health services in the Phoenix Metro Area. Responsibilities Perform baseline and annual physical examinations. Evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non‑industrial medical conditions. Manage infectious and hazardous material exposures. Conduct NRCME (DOT) driver examinations. Read and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests (or obtain training within six months). Work 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; call 1–4. Qualifications NP or PA‑C designation (AANP/NCCPA). Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances. Current Arizona license or eligibility to obtain one. ACLS/BLS certification required. Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or orthopedics preferred; new graduates considered.
