Nurse Practitioner-Occupational Medicine

Overview Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a dedicated full-service occupational health provider, is looking for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to help us grow our services in the Phoenix Metro Area, the fifth-largest metro area in the United States. We offer a 5K Sign On Bonus , a competitive salary, and an industry-leading benefits package. Responsibilities Perform baseline and annual physical examinations. Evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions. Assess exposures to infectious and hazardous materials. Provide occupational medicine services in a large, multistate program. Maintain a 1:4 call ratio; work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Qualifications NP or PA‑C designation (AANP/NCCPA). Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances. Current Arizona license or eligibility to obtain one. ACLS/BLS certification. Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or orthopedics preferred; new graduates will be considered. Mentorship available. Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required. Ability to read and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests preferred, or will receive training within six months.
