V&A Business and Solution Development ManagerThe V&A Business and Solution Development Manager will play a key role in expanding Lenovo Japan's Visual & Accessories business by developing scalable solution-selling models and driving business execution across PC, Visual, and Accessories.This role will focus on creating new growth opportunities through PC bundle solutions, sales enablement initiatives. The position will work closely with V&A Commercial and Consumer Leads, 4P, sales teams, and channel stakeholders to translate business opportunities into executable solution plans, customer proposals, pipeline creation, and measurable wins.This is a high-impact Manager role for someone who wants to build new business motions, connect product strategy with sales execution, and contribute directly to long-term adjacencies growth.This role reports directly to the Director, Japan PCSD Growth Strategy Team.We are looking for a business and solution development manager to help build Japan PCSD's next growth engine.Japan PCSD is building a Growth Strategy Team to transform Visual & Accessories and Alliance businesses into strategic growth engines for sustainable growth.
