Global Compensation Analyst II

Generac seeks a Compensation Analyst II to analyze, implement, and maintain our compensation programs. You will conduct market research, evaluate jobs, and ensure that our practices are competitive and compliant with applicable laws. In collaboration with HR and management, you will help maintain career and job level architectures, develop policies, and support the annual compensation review with data-driven recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
