Aunt Millie's Bakeries is now hiring a Fleet Mechanic. We are looking for a flexible candidate ready to work various shifts. The primary workspace will be our fully equipped garage, although occasional outdoor work in different weather conditions may be required.


Essential Job Functions:

• Complete preventive maintenance for vehicles by conducting inspections, servicing, performance tests, and replacing worn components.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues based on driver feedback, functional tests, and using diagnostic equipment; repair or replace parts with hand tools and garage machinery.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper vehicle records by filling out and updating forms.
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles by adhering to DOT safety standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Move, position, park, and fuel company equipment as required.
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.

• 4 Day work week - 10 hours per/day
• Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday (By Seniority)
• CBG (Collective Bargaining Agreement)
• Tool allowance of $475.00 after one year
• Annual winter clothing allowance $275.00 after one year
• 6 - Personal/Sick days after one year
• First year Personal/Sick time is prorated - After 90 days = 1Day | after 120 days = 2 Days | After 180 days = 2 Days | for a total of 4 personal days.

Position Requirements

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

• 3 years fleet maintenance and repair experience
• Valid driver's license
